Biography

Sarah Cary is the Sustainable Developments Executive at British Land, where she is responsible for the environmental and social performance of development and investment activity. She sits on the Corporate Responsibility Committee.

Sarah is an experienced sustainability advisor with a formal background in town planning and urban design. She has previously worked for Turner & Townsend, RPS and Beyond Green developing sustainability strategies for a wide range of building and development projects including government and corporate headquarters, science laboratories, urban extensions and town centre regeneration schemes.

Sarah is a PhD Candidate at the Bartlett School of Planning at UCL, a qualified BREEAM Assessor and LEED Accredited Professional. www.twitter.com/sarahcary
