Can the Operational Energy Use of Commercial Buildings in the UK be collected to inform the development of energy benchmarks and ratings systems for these buildings?
This unique dataset would be the foundation stone of informing policy decisions; it would be a reference for industrial and academic research; and it would actively draw in and link up facilities managers and researchers, opening the door for industrial cost-savings and identification of best practice.
